Desperate Times Call For Desperate Measures

How to begin.... I decided to pursue an online presence when I lost my job back in January ' 06. Having a consulting job is a little like going out with a popular girl.... ya never know when they'll end your relationship for someone better.

Having years of camping and outdoor experience under my belt, I thought..... what better way to capitalize on my knowledge. Long story short, 4 months into my venture I realize that my limited knowledge of how internet marketing works is a DISTINCT disadvantage. Can anyone relate, have a similar experience, or offer some advice? I am open to any and all coaching & suggestions!

Putting out money to push for success is not bothering me, but seeing limited ROI is!
